Dora the Explorer is a computer-animated educational television series created by Chris Gifford, Valerie Walsh Valdes, and Eric Weiner. The show is produced by Nickelodeon Animation Studios and features the voice of actress Kathleen Herles as the titular character. The show first aired on Nick Jr. on August 14, 2000, and ended on August 9, 2014. In the movie, Dora was voiced by Selena Gomez.
Isabela Moner is the actress who played Dora in the live action/animated movie Dora and the Lost City of Gold. The movie was released in 2019 and is based on the popular Nickelodeon show Dora the Explorer.
